garage annex update

so, last year the honda wizard and i put a structure on the back of my garage to keep some bikes out of the snow and give us both more garage space. there was a dog kennel there and i just used the concrete and made a sort of 'enclosed lean-to' structure attached to the back wall of the garage. it was quick and dirty and had plenty of flaws.

well i decided to make it less quick and less dirty and add some legitimacy to the whole deal.
this is where we stand...

last november...

as you can see it was 24" on center rafters and 48'' on center walls, just to hold the panels on.
no door, just screws and a panel, and no footers no siding no clue

fast forward 11 months

rainbow connection

wrapped and finished the rafter tails with a board, and enclosed all the rafter openings
added treated footers, tap cons in the concrete
added wall supports to bring everything to 16'' on center
added more rafter supports

door'd
(thanks scosco)

expanded the interior doorway and added a header

 prepped for insulation

insulation is almost done, just need to caulk some edges, add siding and paint.
I
CANT
WAIT
